HOW I FOUND IT
I was searching for a good web hosting for my company website on the net. After being disappointed with Godaddy due to lack of CPanel and other important features in their basic plan, I was going through web hosting rating sites, and other similar sites when I eventually landed on CNET page about InMotion hosting and their 50% discount offer.
FUNNY THING ABOUT THIS
It was given that offer is valid for a limited period of time and the page showed a javascript stop clock beginning with around 45 mins. But the even after 3 months the page's javascript clock this still running around 45 mins !! I strongly feel its just a way of marketing by an intentional flaw.

I've used chat support a couple of times and they always seem to answer my questions. I'm not quite sure what Dani was freaking out at the chat support guy for. He was trying to answer the questions, but Dani's questions were filled with so many gramatical errors and typos, it was hard to decipher exactly what he was asking. That's not a fault of InMotion's chat support. I've found that if I ask a clear, consice question, I will almost always get the proper answer. If I don't understand what they are telling me or need more detail, I simply ask them to clarify their answer for me. There is no need to threaten them and to register a complain right away.
I use InMotion hosting to host my website (I signed up through this CNET offer) and they are great. At one point, my wordpress blog got hacked while I was on vacation (my fault, not InMotion's). I called them and told them I didn't have any site backups available. The guy I spoke to was very nice, put me on hold for about 5 minutes and came back to inform me that he went ahead and restored my website to it's previous state. He then told me that I should upgrade my version of wordpress to help close the security hole that was likely used to exploit my site. I did so and haven't had a problem since.
I haven't noticed any downtime since I have had them hosting my website (over 1 year).
The only complaint I have about them is that they automatically renewed my website for another year without notifying me first. I have no problem with the automatic renewal, but it is the lack of notification that bothered me. I got my credit card bill and I had a charge of around $75 on it that I wasn't expecting. It would be nice to get a reminder email a month or so before your account is up for renewal. That way, I can determine if I want to upgrade my hosting plan, cancel it, or even sign up for a longer period of time at a discounted rate. If they don't want to send out a reminder email, they could at least send you a notification that they just charged your credit card. Some people have monthly limits to keep an eye on.
The way I see it is that if this is my biggest problem with InMotion, I am going to stick with them for a while.
I think Dani was just being a dick head.
