While RAPGET is little known and is not fully reliable, I found link to another download manager which is recognized on the cyberspace, with awards from Softpedia as adware, spyware free, and has got noticed by mashable.com even.
Orbit Downloader can download even streaming content of various protocols and also files from Rapidshare. Its very fast, faster than most download managers, consumes very less CPU and memory.
